Why do we never hear of polygamist sects in which the women have multiple husbands? I hear a lot from plural marriage proponents about how beneficial and wonderful it all is, and how the women are not downtrodden and are treated equally and so on. So why no multiple husbands?
And I’m not just asking this because I want to make Keith Olbermann my second husband. Sheesh. Give me some credit. He would be third, after MYH and George Clooney. DUH. (And don’t worry, MYH - you’ll always be First Husband, and from what I hear, the First Spouse rules the roost.)

The one is quite enough for me, thank you.
But if I could have multiple BOYFRIENDS now, that would be something I would consider partaking of.
As I don’t have any husbands (any more), I would gladly take a few boyfriends living in perfect harmony to serve my ever whim. The Boyfriend tries to convince me of going plural, to which I reply, “only if it works both ways.” It shuts him up pretty quick.
