- Wahoo! New commenters! Welcome! So nice of you to stop by and leave a little yoo-hoo for the folks.
- My hatred of SoCal continues to burgeon (Is that a verb? Well, IT IS NOW.) unabated. MYH and I swapped cars today so I could take his car in to get the tires aligned, and pah-fwap! He got rear-ended. GAH!

Aww. Yes most drivers in the SoCal are no so bueno, if you get my drift. As a 6th gen. SoCal-ian (though displaced a few states northward at the moment), I feel it is my duty to appologize for the horrendous driving taking place down there. Every time I go for a visit I pump the imaginary brake and white-knuckle my way through a couple days before I get back into the complete offensive driving swing of things.
Thanks, Zee! Yeah, I don’t quite get it, the fast-driving, swerving in and out thing. Also the number of times my car has been attacked by monstrous debris on the freeway. Very odd.
‘Course, the Seattle area is no traffic picnic these days either. Am I right?
True that. I’ve given up driving and am now a happy bus commuter. I figured it wasn’t especially healthy to be screaming at the dumb-asses surrounding me in their cars. Especially since, you know, they couldn’t hear me.
